After completing a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Minor in Business Administration in 1993, Blair completed the Canadian Securities Course and has earned several designations including Certified Financial Planner, Canadian Investment Manager and Personal Financial Planner.

Blair is also licensed to provide Life, Disability, Critical Illness, Long Term Care Insurance and Annuities.

Blair has accumulated 30 years of experience in the financial planning field.

Marilyn O'Brien

Executive Assistant

Marilyn is a highly organized and friendly professional, able to establish long term positive relationships with clients, co-workers, and outside resources. She is skilled in working independently and as an enthusiastic team player. She has been with Forecast Financial since April 2013.

After completing a two year program at Keyin College, Marilyn has received a Diploma in Business Management/Human Resources Management in August 2012.
